Algae usually appears when there is an imbalance in nutrients, water circulation, CO2, oxygen and light. Too many nutrients and too little CO2 will cause algae to appear. Here's a quick guide: Here are examples of epiphytes we can use this technique to quickly tie to driftwood. Cable ties are great for attaching bolbits neatly and quickly without folding the leaves. Use 3-5 rhizomes depending on branch size for faster results. Loop over the bolbitis and through the eye of the cable. Tighten loop without crushing the rhizomes.
